Digest'aroma is a pre- and post-meal formula containing a high concentration of essential oils traditionally known to facilitate digestion: lemon, ginger, rosemary, etc. The digestive system plays an essential role: it enables the body to digest and assimilate the nutrients it needs to function properly. Stress, a heavy meal or eating too fast can cause unpleasant digestive complaints. Digest'aroma combines precious essential oils selected for their appetite-stimulating, digestive and soothing properties. This perfectly balanced formula is guaranteed to protect your health.

Ingredients

Alcohol (alcoholic strength: 80%), Essential oils: organic Ocimum basilicum, organic Citrus limonum, organic Coriandrum sativum, organic Apium graveolens, organic Elettaria cardamomum, organic Zingiber officinalis, organic Laurus nobilis, organic Mentha viridis, Organic citrus sinensis, organic Rosmarinus officinalis.

For 60 drops (= 3mL), equivalent to 2400mg, maximum daily dose:

• Essential oils: Organic lemon (66 mg), Organic coriander (66 mg), Organic cardamom (66 mg), Organic ginger (66 mg), Organic mint (66 mg), Organic orange (66 mg), Organic rosemary (66 mg), Organic laurel (18 mg)

• Organic alcohol

Instructions for use

Maintenance program: 10 drops to dilute in a glass of water, a spoon of honey or a neutral support, before or after the meal. One bottle = 30 days

Program of attack: 20 drops (1ml) to dilute in a glass of water, a spoon of honey or a neutral support, before or after the meal.

For better digestion:

- Remember to drink enough water during the day, per small sip.

- Start the meal with vegetables.

- Don’t eat too heavy at night.

- Avoid snacking as much as possible.

- In the evening, eat early enough to start digestion before bedtime.

- There is no better way to eat varied foods than to eat foods of all colours: green vegetables for folates and chlorophyll, red foods such as tomatoes for unicorns, orange foods such as carrots for beta-carotene, pink/purple foods such as blackberries/blueberries/radishes for anthocyanins, citrus for vitamin C …

Use as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Cannot replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use for pregnant, breastfeeding women and children under 6. No prolonged use.
